Hello beautiful soul!

Thank you for being here today.

Since this is the first time you and I are meeting, let me introduce myself. I am Brenda María Camacho Pimentel (Macapi) and I was born in Mexico City on December 26, 1988. Although I am not much of a city dweller because I moved to Chiapas, the land of my ancestors, when I was a child, and since then I have felt a very deep connection with that place. That is why it is and will always be one of my homes on this Earth.

And I know that many times introductions lead us to say what we do for a living, right? But I prefer to do it differently and tell you a little about how I got here and why I chose to build this space where I can accompany others and myself to live in well-being.

Perhaps parts of my story resonate with you, you identify with them, and you see that we are not so different.

Will you join me on this little tour?

1998

The movie Patch Adams was, in this life, what reminded my soul of one of its missions: to listen lovingly to others so that their hearts may be calm and light.

But it is a mission that I would understand much later in life; at that moment, I only understood that I wanted to support, in some way, making people's lives better.

When the heart is called

Almost a decade later, the journey to understand and learn to live the mission my soul had remembered would begin. It was towards a city called Puebla (Mexico), to study a degree (International Relations) that I believed would bring me closer to what I desired: to support people in accessing a better life.

And so, the journey begins

2008

2012

And it did bring me closer, because for almost a decade I dedicated myself to collaborating with national and international NGOs focused on improving the education of children and youth in Mexico in areas of high vulnerability.

I enjoyed being part of something that I knew contributed to improving the lives of many people so much, and I treasure every moment I was there.

However, I felt that my path was different, and although for years I refused to let go of what I was doing, my body was wiser than I was and found a way to change the course of my path.

4 cities, 6 moves, a collapsed body, and a deep depression later, I would be a little closer to understanding the call my soul heard at 8 years old.

But answering that call required dying once and several times over, so that my body and mind could empty themselves, and in that deep and uncomfortable silence, finally be able to hear what my heart wanted to tell me.

That's not the way

Allowing myself to die

2019

It was the first time in my life that I recognized I couldn't do it alone, and that is how I began my first therapeutic process.

2020

And when my body stopped hurting so much, my mind began to quiet down, and my heart no longer felt so heavy, I knew it: "this is it," "this is where I want to be," "this is what I want to do."

I understood that the support I had received from my therapist at a time when I felt like I was dying is what I wanted to do in this life for others. There, my calling was revealed, my mission was clear, and I chose to walk towards it.

That is how my training as a therapist began.

What if I'm not ready?

And almost 4 years, many hours of study and clinical practice that felt like going back to university, a thesis, and a project later, I obtained my certification as an eonic therapist and also as a therapist with a focus on Creative Gestalt Dance Therapy.

I felt excited to start living what resonated in my heart 25 years ago.

But do you remember that I worked in education before? Well, I created an educational venture called Learning Together, and saying goodbye to it to dedicate my energy to this calling was not easy, and it would take me a little more time to do it.

It is here

2023

A part of me resisted letting go because deep down, although I had strived to prepare myself and had the necessary knowledge, tools, and experience, I felt that I wasn't ready, that I wouldn't be a "good" therapist.

Choose to TRUST!

But life taught me once again that if I do not walk with FAITH and move with strength and certainty, no possibility materializes. I understood that it was time to make space and trust that my calling to be a therapist was not a coincidence; it was an ancient calling that my soul needed to attend to with courage and love.

And in February 2026, I gave thanks and said goodbye to Aprendiendo Juntos, that other dream I walked for almost 11 years, which made me grow and brought me here. I finally understood that my energy and presence needed to be here, in this therapeutic space that I dreamed of so many years ago and today I can create with much love, courage, and strength for you.

2025 - 2026

A space you can go to whenever you feel that life becomes confusing, overwhelming, painful, lonely, and colorless. A space where you can hold your own hand and accompany yourself to stand back up and walk toward a place that feels more like home.

Bienvenida alma bonita a este lindo refugio que cree para ti y para mí.

Thank you for being here, and I will see you soon.
